This is my story and what inspires me to continue this life-changing work
Hi, I’m Saru. I’ve lived a life in two halves.
The first half was spent in India, where I lived until I was 20 years old. The second half has been spent living, working and learning in the USA and Australia. The duality of my experience means I understand the different experiences of the East and the West, and I bring an open-minded approach to everything I do.
As a former corporate employee and leader working across three continents and co-founder of a startup, I truly understand the burnout and exhaustion that can come from a 24/7 high-pressure lifestyle.
Feeling like you are always on the go with no way to switch-off, and how that impacts your physical exercise, eating habits, relationships, mindset, and overall ability to experience joy in life.
Ten years ago, when I was struggling with my health, relationships and happiness in the corporate world, I wondered: is this it?
I tried all of the modern tonics to help myself feel better: I meditated. I practised self-care. I exercised. I did yoga. I travelled.
But nothing seemed to make me feel better. My life was demanding and hectic, and I was struggling with my health. I knew there had to be a way to live without suffering from stress, mental health issues and burnout.
Surely a better life was possible?
Since then, I’ve been on a decade-long journey of learning and discovery.
It’s been raw.
It’s been real.
It’s been life-changing.
I’m now on a mission to help ambitious, high-achieving female leaders and individuals to also unlock a new way of operating as a powerful woman, so they can navigate the ebbs and flows of their personal and professional worlds.
“Through my work, I’m redefining female leadership by supporting nourished, empowered, joyful and self-aware leaders.”
- Saru Gupta
I’m on a mission to fill the missing gaps for women who lead, and help them build awareness of their emotional, mental, physical and energetic health, while undoing decades of coping strategies and conditioning that mean they’re denying their potential to succeed as a powerful woman.
Through the power of embodied leadership, you can become a more powerful, effective leader, able to lead yourself and others, without burning out.
Because too many women today are struggling to achieve at work, while still maintaining healthy lives and relationships outside of the workplace.
As a female leader, your true power comes from your female instincts. You have a unique perspective, the potential to influence others and to create change for good within the world.
But you don’t need to sacrifice your own health and wellbeing to support others to thrive.
Let me show you how.Explore More
